By accessing or using Liaison Logic’s website or AI services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Liaison Logic provides AI-powered voice and communication tools designed for automotive dealerships, including AI-assisted call answering, appointment booking, lead capture, and customer handoff features. Features are designed and built to support these functions but are not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret and respond to customer communications. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or require human review; that you are responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them for business-critical decisions, pricing, or commitments to your customers; and that Liaison Logic does not guarantee specific outcomes, conversion rates, or business results from use of the Service.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Customer interaction data may be used to improve and train our AI systems unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your account data within 30 days; after this period, data may be deleted from our systems.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIAISON LOGIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Liaison Logic harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Liaison Logic is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
